Shipping is always free worldwide.

After your order is complete, it takes us 1 business day to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.

We ship our insoles using standard shipping, which generally takes 5-8 business days. 

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.  Refunds will not be provided for orders with an incorrect mailing address.

Lost or stolen packages

Unless shipping protection has been purchased, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. In an effort to provide more safety, assurance, and insurance for our customers, we are happy to offer Navidium Shipping Protection. Navidium is a shipping insurance company that offers protection for Guardian Cloud Insoles shipments. Simply add Navidium to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen shipping issues that may arise.

By purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection, we will reship your order free of charge in the event of damage, loss, or undelivered by the carrier. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund.

What's not covered:

• Packages that have location evidence that it was delivered to your property.
• Missing packages or packages returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Delivery delays
  
• Orders held in customs
