Customers can return insoles within 30 days from when received, for a refund. Unfortunately, after 30 days from your delivery date we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, due to health care issues, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We recommend that you inspect the insoles to make sure they meet your expectations before using them. We are confident that you'll love the comfort of the Guardian Cloud Insoles.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return label.
We reserve the right to refuse any return based on our inspection.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
