Customers can return insoles within 30 days from when received, for a refund. Unfortunately, after 30 days from your delivery date we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. The insoles need to be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the refund is processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse any return based on our inspection.
Cancellation
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Please ensure that the correct size is ordered. Generally, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and shipping protection are non-refundable.
